Please read the Terms of Use carefully before using the Website.
Welcome to the DARIA Website (hereinafter: “the Website”). The Website is an e-commerce platform that allows, among other things, to browse, order and purchase wigs and related products (hereinafter collectively: “the Service”).

1. Agreement to the Terms of Use
1.1. Use of the Website, the content and the products displayed on it, is subject to the following Terms of Use ("Terms of Use"). Wherever the term “the Website” is used, it also refers to the official Instagram page .daria_wigs. Any use of the Website, including checking the consent box at checkout and completing an order, indicates your agreement and approval to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy on the Website.
If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, in whole or in part, you may not use this Website for any purpose. The Website reserves the right to update the Terms of Use on the Website from time to time.
1.2. The use of the site and the services offered therein is for lawful purposes only and is permitted only to users who are over the age of 18 and who are capable of performing legally binding actions.
1.3. The terms of use are written in the feminine but are intended for both genders.

2. Commitment of site users
2.1. It is prohibited to make wholesale purchases and/or any commercial use of the site's contents or products offered therein, except with prior written approval from the site.

3.1. All wigs sold on the site are classified as goods manufactured according to the customer's measurements/requirements/choices (such as: hair length, size, model, special requirements, etc.), and therefore are products manufactured to personal order. This classification is essential for the purposes of Section 7 "Cancellations and Returns".
3.2. The site offers, among other things, wigs from a catalog ("House Collection", "Special Models") as well as "custom-made" wigs; In all cases, delivery is made to order only, and the product is created and/or individually customized according to the customer's choices, including adjustments, finishing and quality control prior to delivery. There is no guarantee of immediate availability.
3.3. Marking an item as “out of stock” means that the product is not available for immediate delivery and may require additional production time or may not be able to be delivered. For the avoidance of doubt, the use of the phrase ‘out of stock’ is for linguistic convenience and is common in the world of online commerce to indicate unavailability for immediate order only; it does not indicate that the product or other products on the site are off-the-shelf products or change its nature as a product manufactured/customized to order. 3.4. 3.6 The "Now in stock" page offers wigs for purchase from existing stock. On this page, it is possible to return and receive a refund. This is in accordance with the conditions detailed in the "Returns and Exchanges" section.

4. Purchase on the site
4.1. Purchases can be made on the site by adding products to the shopping cart and filling out an order form that includes identifying information, address, telephone number and payment details
4.2. For certain products, such as wigs, after placing the order, the customer will only be sent a receipt notification. The transaction is subject to the company's approval, and only after approval will the customer be sent a transaction confirmation notification or, alternatively, a notification of non-approval. Transaction.
4.3. DARIA reserves the right to refuse to execute a transaction for any reason, including cases where the product is not available, or cannot be delivered.
4.4. The images on the site are for illustration purposes only, there may be differences between the product images and the actual products.
4.5. At the end of the ordering process, you will be asked to confirm the order details, select a payment method from the available options (such as credit card, PayPal, Bit or any other method approved on the site), and provide the details required for making the payment. Payment on the site is made through secure external clearing systems.
The payment details are entered by you directly to the relevant clearing provider and are not stored in the site system.

4.6. After entering the payment details and confirming the transaction, the payment method will be checked and verified by the clearing provider. 5. Taxes, Customs, Clearance Fees and Import Liability
5.1. The shipping process after placing an order: If an order on the Site is made from the manufacturing plant directly to the Customer, and in accordance with the law, shipments are provided directly from the manufacturer or supplier abroad to the Customer (direct delivery), the Customer will act as the registered importer and will bear sole responsibility for paying all import and clearance charges, and for fulfilling any regulatory or customs requirements applicable in the destination country.
5.2. The Site clarifies that the prices of the products on the Site do not include import taxes, value added tax at the time of import, customs, purchase tax, levies, fees, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, storage fees, handling fees and any other payment required by authorities or shipping agents in the destination country. 6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery times according to the type of product:

Products on the "Now in stock" page - up to 14 business days.

Products on the "Home Collection" page – up to 14 business days.
Products on the "Special Models" page – 5-7 weeks.
Order from the "Personalization" page – 5-7 weeks.
6.2. Estimated delivery times only. Delivery times on the site are presented as an estimate and are derived from production processes, quality control, seasonal loads, and customs clearance. We will make a reasonable effort to meet the schedules; reasonable delays that are not due to our negligence will not constitute grounds for indirect damages, including delays resulting from external factors (including customs/regulation/events affecting international shipping/strikes/factory production delays/force majeure events) that are beyond our control, and will not be considered a breach of obligation. It is clarified that in the event of a material failure to deliver, your statutory rights to cancel/refund will be preserved in accordance with the law and in accordance with these regulations.

7. Cancellations and Returns
7.1. General Applicability. In distance selling transactions, the consumer may, in accordance with the law, have the right to cancel a transaction within the period of time stipulated by law, subject to the return of the product in new condition and without use and to collect cancellation fees at the rate permitted by law. 7.8. Also, and in accordance with the previous sections in this section, in order to exercise this right, the customer must return the wig as it arrived, including the packaging and without any changes such as cutting the lace or cutting the hair.
7.9. The customer must contact the site's customer service and make the return within 3 days of delivery. Only after checking that the wig was delivered as required will the customer receive a refund minus shipping costs.

9. Product Liability
9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website DARIA, including the website owners, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of profit or data) arising from the use of the website and the service, from the purchase and use of the wigs and extensions products sold on it, and from reliance on information, content, guides, tips, videos and images displayed on this website and on the brand's channels (including the Instagram page daria_wigs ) it is clarified that any information and content as aforesaid is not professional, medical or cosmetic advice and does not replace individual advice, and reliance on them is the sole responsibility of the user.
